Knights Email is hosted by Microsoft and includes a suite of Office 365 collaboration applications. Your Knights Email account will be your UCF email account as directed by the Student Email Policy. For new and existing students, your email is set to change by Fall 2023 semester as part of the Student Email Migration project. In the meantime, please continue to use your assigned Knights Email as your primary source for all official UCF communications. You will be personally notified in advance before your email undergoes any changes.

If you have already been migrated over to your new account, please sign into your student email by visiting

This will be your official UCF email account that you will use to communicate with your professors (so choose your account name appropriately!).
